What Is Cold Central Plant Recycling?
CCPR (Cold Central Plant Recycling) can transform your RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement) pile into an engineered cold mix. Your RAP will be crushed/sized per specification and then blended with oil to be used on your next project.
